VI National Congress on Dependency and Healthcare by Alimarket in Spain
Technology at the service of person-centred care.
Legrand Care took part as a Gold Partner in the VI National Congress on Dependency and Healthcare by Alimarket, held within the framework of the HIP – Horeca Professional Expo on March 10th, 11th, and 12th at IFEMA Madrid. Under the theme "The person at the centre of care. Challenges and opportunities in the necessary transformation of the social and healthcare sector", the congress once again established itself as a key meeting point for professionals in the social and healthcare fields.

Over three intensive days, more than 850 attendees took part in conferences, panel discussions, and presentations of both national and international success stories. The programme placed a strong emphasis on social and healthcare coordination, innovation, the role of day care centres, and emerging care models.
In the exhibition area, Legrand Care presented its assisted and independent living solutions, with special emphasis on its digital telecare ecosystem and the Care 360 platform, solutions that attracted considerable interest from sector professionals. The company was also accompanied by its distributors in Spain, further strengthening its close collaboration with social and healthcare service providers.
One of the key moments of the event was the participation of Gonzalo Castellanos, Sales Manager for Southern Europe and America at Legrand Care, at the Innovation Theatre. Castellanos delivered a keynote speech titled “Digital Transformation of Telecare Services”, in which he shared an insightful and forward-looking vision of the sector’s ongoing evolution:
“True digital transformation is not just about replacing old devices with newer ones. It’s an opportunity to rethink how we care, how services are organised, and how we ensure technological environments that are safe, reliable, and person-centred. Our challenge is to provide professional tools that enable more comprehensive care and to offer solutions that promote integration and coordination among the different agents in the system.”

Legrand Care’s presence at this congress underscores the company’s commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in care services, always with a clear purpose: to better care for people and those who care for them.
