We are proud to share that Legrand Care, brand of Legrand, leader in the innovative development of connected solutions for the health and social care sectors communicated the planned acquisition of Enovation1, a Dutch leading connected care platform provider for digital healthcare and collaboration. With this acquisition, we are expanding into the field of connected solutions, specifically for the health and social care sectors.
The acquisition is in line with Legrand's growth strategy and demonstrates our serious ambitions to live up to our core value of "we seize The Future".
In recent years Enovation expanded its market-leading position in the healthcare industry and successfully became one of the few healthcare software providers to cover a wide spectrum of the connected care ecosystem with an established presence in northwest Europe. Legrand has also achieved significant growth with Legrand Care in recent years. The shared focus on connectivity creates a seamless synergy that will further shape the future of healthcare. Both companies understand that in an increasingly digitized world, the power of connection is crucial to delivering effective solutions.
