Legrand Care, a division of Legrand and leading provider of innovative connected care solutions, has strengthened its international market position through the acquisition of Axel Health, The Finnish software company is a well-established provider of patient flow management (PFM) solutions for public health and social care organisations. After acquiring Enovation in 2024 and Performation in 2025 Legrand Care is taking the next step in its growth Strategy with the acquisition of Axel Health. This strategic investment strengthens the company's position in the Nordics and supports its long-term vision of creating a sustainable and interconnected health and care system that makes innovative quality healthcare available to anyone at any time.
